Helping you become the best version of you
Compassionate counselling focuses on creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. It emphasises kindness, active listening, and validation of emotions, allowing individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings openly.
We provide structured 50-minute sessions tailored to your needs. Clients can schedule sessions as frequently as required to ensure consistent and effective support. To accommodate urgent situations, we reserve a number of priority slots each week.
We can support you in building and sustaining resilience through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based techniques and the development of new coping skills to navigate life's toughest challenges.
We recognise the value of having consistent support and regular contact with a professional. Unfortunately, many NHS services now prioritise "time-limited interventions," which may not suit everyone’s needs.
At Horsham Counselling, we are committed to working with you for as long as you need, providing personalised and ongoing support tailored to your unique circumstances.
