Frequently Asked Questions

How do we work with clients?

We offer a fully virtual counselling model, providing clients with maximum flexibility and the convenience of accessing support from the comfort of their own space.

All appointments are conducted via Microsoft Teams, and a secure link will be sent to you ahead of your scheduled session.

Initial Assessment

We begin by discussing what’s troubling you, exploring how counselling might help, and ensuring we’re the right service to support your needs. Together, we’ll review your availability, discuss fees for ongoing sessions, and match you with a counsellor whose expertise aligns with your situation. To access our services, we ask that clients are registered with, or in the process of registering with, a GP practice in Horsham, Crawley, or nearby areas.

During your assessment, and again at the end of your counselling, we’ll ask you to complete a CORE form (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluations). This widely-used tool provides an overview of how you’ve been feeling over the past week and helps us evaluate the effectiveness of your counselling. You can find more information about CORE here.

Additionally, we’ll ask you to complete an Informed Consent form, which allows us to contact other health professionals involved in your care, if needed, to ensure counselling is suitable for you.

Please complete the online booking tool which will guide you through both booking and payment, seamlessly. We require payment 24 hours before attending the session.
